Appointments and Re-appointments to Aviation Development Advisory Committee

The Government announced on 31st August that the appointment of two new members and the re-appointment of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and 10 other incumbent members of the Aviation Development Advisory Committee for two years with effect from September 1.
The membership of the Aviation Development Advisory Committee is as follows:
Chairman Secretary for Transport and Housing
Vice Chairman Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Transport)
Members Mrs Elizabeth Bosher Mr Philip Chen Nan-lok Mr Moses Cheng Mo-chi Mr Kelvin Leung Kai-yuen Mr Willy Lin Sun-mo Professor Liu Pak-wai Mr James Tien Pei-chun Mr Joseph Tung Yao-chung Mr Peter Wong Tung-shun Chief Executive Officer, Airport Authority (ex-officio) Executive Director, Trade Development Council (ex-officio) Director-General of Civil Aviation (ex-officio)
The two new members are Mr James Tien Pei-chun and Mr Peter Wong Tung-shun.
"Given their expertise and backgrounds, members of the committee will be best placed in advising the Government on all broad policy matters concerning Hong Kong civil aviation and in particular measures to further promote Hong Kongˇ¦s status as a centre of international and regional aviation," a government spokesman said.
"We are grateful for the invaluable contribution to the work of the committee by the two retiring members, Mrs Selina Chow Liang Shuk-yee and Mr Raymond Or Ching-fai."
